Review changes made in SL

People can still change your group in SL itself. The bot reads each group's roster once a day, and Civitas lists what changed since the last read, so nothing happens behind your back.

What's listed

• Someone joined the group, or left it or was ejected in SL.
• Someone was given a role, or taken out of one.
• Someone was banned or unbanned in SL, when the bot can read the ban list.
• A role linked to a Civitas role was changed or deleted in SL.

Invitations Civitas sent, Civitas's own bots coming and going, and what your rental system does for its tenants in the tenant group aren't listed. The first read after you add a group is the starting point, so it lists nothing.

To read the roster now rather than wait, press Read the roster now at the top of the group's page.

Review them

1. Go to SL groups. A group with changes to look at shows how many, like 3 to review.
2. Open the group and go to Changes in SL.
3. Press Reviewed beside each change once you've looked at it, or Mark all reviewed.

Reviewed changes move under Reviewed, with who reviewed them and when. Older reviewed changes shows more.

Changes to linked roles

A role linked to a Civitas role should match Civitas. When someone changes it in SL instead, the change stays in effect in SL until someone decides:

• Make official: Civitas takes the change. If someone was given the role in SL, they get the Civitas role too.
• Undo: the bot puts SL back to match Civitas.

These changes aren't marked reviewed with the rest. You need the SL abilities the role gives, as for making the same change yourself.

What Civitas did

Changes made through Civitas are on the Activity tab instead: everything the bot was asked to do in the group, whether it's Pending, Done or Failed, and why when it failed.
