Invite, give roles or eject many people at once

The tools are on a group's Members tab, above the member list: Invite, Give a role and Inactive members. Each person goes through the same checks as doing it one at a time, and one who can't be done doesn't stop the rest.

Invite a list of people

1. Go to SL groups, open the group, and press Invite on the Members tab.
2. In Who to invite, paste SL usernames or UUIDs, one per line, up to 250. Civitas shows whose they are under the box. Display names aren't taken, because they can look like someone else's username.
3. Choose the role in In the role and press Invite.

Each invitation counts one message toward the bot's daily limit.

Give a role to a list of people

1. Press Give a role on the Members tab.
2. In Who gets the role, paste SL usernames or UUIDs, one per line, up to 250. Only people already in the group get it.
3. Choose the Role and press Give the role.

See how it went

A message says how many people the bot will do. Under the box, each person shows Queued, or Not done with the reason. The bot does these after anything asked for one person, so they can take a while in a big group.

Eject inactive members

1. Press Inactive members on the Members tab.
2. Choose how long in Not seen in SL for more than: 30, 60, 90 or 180 days, or a year.
3. People with group roles are left out, unless you tick Include people with roles.
4. Press Find them. Everyone found is ticked. Untick anyone you want to keep.
5. Press the eject button, like Eject 2…, and confirm.

The list goes by when SL last saw each person, as of the last roster read. People who hide when they were last online aren't listed, and neither are the group's owners or Civitas's bot.

Anyone but the community's owner can eject at most 250 people a day this way. Ejecting sends no messages, so it doesn't use the daily limit.
