Your SL groups and the bot that works in them, the Terminal script, and the daily message limit.

• Add an SL group Add one of your SL groups to your community and get the bot into it, so Civitas can manage the group for you.
• Have Civitas create an SL group Have CMTY, Civitas's own bot, create a new SL group for your community and hand it to you and your community's bot.
• Give the bot the abilities it needs Which SL group abilities the bot needs in each of your groups, what each one is for, and why some buttons stay greyed out.
• Invite someone to an SL group Have the bot send someone an invitation to one of your SL groups, in the role you choose.
• Eject someone from an SL group Have the bot eject a member from one of your SL groups.
• Manage your SL group's roles Give people group roles and take them away, and create, change and delete the group's roles, from the website.
• Ban someone from an SL group Have the bot eject someone and add them to the group's ban list, and take them off it again.
• Change your SL group's settings Change your group's enrollment, fee, picture, charter and search listing from the website.
• Review changes made in SL See who joined, left, got a role or was banned in SL rather than through Civitas, and decide what to do about changes to linked roles.
• Invite, give roles or eject many people at once Paste a list of people to invite or give a group role, or find members SL hasn't seen for a while and eject them.
• Choose your community's bot Start with the shared Civitas bot, check that it works, and move to your own bot for the full daily limit.
• Understand the daily message limit How Civitas counts the messages Linden Lab lets bots send each day, and what happens when they run out.
• Put a Civitas Terminal in SL Get the Terminal script for your community, put it in an object in SL, and have it hand out sign-in codes, group invitations and your forms.
• Add your estates and regions Add the private estates your community runs, and their regions, so Civitas can work on them through your community's bot.
• Put an event board in SL Get CMTY's ready-made event board, put it out in SL, and show your next public events there with their pictures.
• See and manage your rentals The Rentals page shows your CasperLet rental units by region, with who rents each one, how long they have left, their prims, what the units took, each payment and Rental Log line, how they've done week by week, what each region costs against its rent and how many prims it has left, and lets you lock units, evict tenants, put tenants in an SL group, have Civitas remind tenants to pay, and have things happen by themselves when tenancies start, run out and end.
• Watch a region with the Region Monitor Put the Region Monitor in one object in each region you look after, so Civitas knows who's there and how the region is running without a bot staying in it.
• Ban and allow people on an estate Have the bot ban people from an estate, eject them or send them home, and keep the estate's allowed residents and groups.
• Put a Dispatch 911 in SL Get the Dispatch 911 script, put it in an object anywhere in your roleplay community, and let anyone who touches it report an emergency to Dispatch from where the object stands.
• Restart a region and send region messages See who's in each of your regions, how it's running and what slows it down, restart a region by hand or automatically, and send a message to everyone in a region or on the whole estate.
• Change parcel settings See the parcels on your estates and change their About Land settings, one parcel at a time or many at once, after a preview, save sets of settings to use again, and give people parcel access by themselves.
• See and use your rentals If you rent in a community, Your rentals shows each unit you rent or were added to, how long it has left, where it is on SL's map, what each payment buys, and lets you open its menu in SL, turn its reminders on or off, and say you won't renew, and lists what you've paid and what you rented before.
