Put people on a team

A team's roster lists everyone on it, with their rank, whether they're on duty and their hours.

Add someone to the roster

1. Open the team on the Teams page and press Add to roster.
2. Start typing their name and pick them from the list. Only members can be added.
3. Choose their Rank. It starts at the lowest.
4. Press Add to roster.

Under the rank, the panel says which role they get, and where it's linked in SL and Discord. They get a notification that they're on the team, with their rank.

Change someone's rank

Choose the new rank in the Rank column of the roster. They lose the old rank's role and get the new one's, keeping it if both give the same role. When the role is linked to an SL group role, the bot changes their SL role next. They get a notification with their new rank.

If someone no longer holds their rank's role, because someone took it away elsewhere, the roster says Doesn't hold the role. Press Give it back to give it to them again.

Take someone off the roster

Press the person icon at the end of their row. They lose their rank's role, in SL and on Discord too, and their shifts come off the schedule. The hours they worked still count. Civitas asks first.

Go on and off duty

If you're on the roster, press Go on duty at the top of the team's page, and Go off duty when you're done. You can also use the switch in the Duty column on your own row. In a roleplay community you can also do it from the RP HUD. With permission to manage rosters, you can switch anyone.

Hours

Time counts from going on duty to going off duty. The This week column shows each person's hours this week, with last week's under it. Weeks run Sunday to Saturday in SLT. The schedule is only a plan, so a scheduled shift doesn't count until someone goes on duty.

If you're on the roster, the You panel shows your rank, whether you're on duty and since when, your hours, and your next shift. In a roleplay community, choose which character you play on the team in Playing as.
